Inspire & Empower While Teaching 21st Century Skills

The AllBoss Curriculum is an innovative and experiential learning program designed for entrepreneurs aged 7 and up. At its core, this curriculum provides educators with a unique opportunity to reimagine teaching by embracing the strengths, creativity, and resilience of neurodivergent learners alongside their neurotypical peers. This is not just a business development program for youth—it's a shift in perspective, one that values diversity and reframes challenges as opportunities.

 Program Format

The AllBoss curriculum is comprised of eight primary modules and supplemental modules released monthly. Each lesson covers a subject related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking The second half of the module instructs the Bosses setup their businesses to apply the learning. AllBoss Club calls these real-world simulations Marketplace.  The club encourages innovation by allowing Bosses to sell whatever inspires during Marketplace. For this activity, Bosses are asked to bring items to sell each club. These items can be from home,  provided by the school, or items the Bosses make at school or at home. Bosses are often motivated to craft and make new and different things so it is important to make sure they all have an opportunity to sell things that inspire them and that are unique to them. Marketplace is a favorite activity for he Bosses. They enjoy buying, selling, and trading with each other during this time.  The program provides each Boss with BossBucks to use as currency and that currency should last the entire club. This motivates the Bosses to innovate and try selling different things to see what sells the best. Your organization is able modify the monetary elements of the program based on your goals and school policies. 

The AllBoss Club also includes class materials that are stored onsite and reused for every club. These materials include uniforms, stands (optional), and BossCloths or BossRunners. Bosses get to select their uniform color and BossCloth/Runner pattern. AllBoss Club then professionally prints student-designed logos that attach to the uniforms and stands with Velcro.  The school or program is also able to print logos if they have a high-quality color printer. 

Learning Objectives

• Develop entrepreneurial mindsets and 21st Century Skills, including resilience, adaptability, and innovation​​
• Offer neurodivergent and neurotypical students equitable opportunities to learn, lead and collaborate​​
• Learn the key principles of business ownership like branding, merchandising, profit margins, marketing, sales, customer service, and how to write a business plan.
• Learn niche entrepreneurial subjects like how to invent something, publish a book, fundraise, legal considerations, website creation, manufacturing, prototyping, and more.

• Empowering Neurodivergent Learners: The program, designed with inclusivity in mind, incorporates sensory-friendly options, visual aids, and flexible roles to create a supportive learning environment​​.
• Hands-On Learning: Moves beyond worksheets to immerse students in real-world entrepreneurial experiences, building tangible skills in leadership, financial literacy, and teamwork​​​.
• Focus on Strengths: Strength, personality and interest assessments and included in the learning. Bosses will learn to harness their unique talents, passions, and ideas as the foundation for entrepreneurial success​.
• Project-Based Learning (PBL): AllBoss Club fosters a unique project-based learning environment that prioritizes authenticity and encourages Bosses to freely express their creativity and excitement for their business ventures. The Club provides a safe and supportive space for Bosses to engage in collaborative discussions and activities, which may sometimes be loud and appear chaotic. However, this is viewed as a natural part of the creative process and is allowed to continue without restriction as long as it supports the Bosses' learning and development.

Flexible & Adaptable Format

AllBoss Club's eight module format can be taught in any order. Each module includes supplemental activities and craft ideas. Often, crafts are added so Bosses can create products to sell as part of the program. These additions help clubs adapt the program to meet their scheduling needs. AllBoss also offers additional modules and releases new supplementation materials monthly. For example, there are supplemental modules on how to publish a book, how to invent something, and legal considerations.
