The AllBoss Story

Meet Megan & Tate
AllBoss began as the dream of a nine-year-old boy named Tate from North Carolina and his mother, Megan, the Founder of AllBoss.
Tate built the very first AllBoss cart and became the original “SnackBoss,” selling snacks at his brother’s baseball games to earn money for gaming equipment. What started as a simple business idea quickly gained attention. Tate’s snack stand drew a crowd—and more importantly, it drew friends. A team formed, and a loyal customer base followed.

But AllBoss became more than just a way to make money. It became a vehicle for connection, confidence, and community.
At the time, Tate was in the 4th grade, struggling both socially and academically. As a neurodivergent child on the autism spectrum, he faced unique challenges—and his mom, Megan, was searching for ways to support him. The role of SnackBoss gave Tate a way to express himself authentically, build relationships, and engage in something he loved: snacks and video games.

Megan, a former VP of Instructional Technology at a leading EdTech firm and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, saw something powerful in Tate’s journey. Through AllBoss, Tate was naturally developing critical 21st-century skills—collaboration, communication, creativity, and problem-solving—in a way that was fun, relevant, and self-driven. Inspired by her son’s growth, Megan set out to create a program that could deliver similar outcomes for other students, especially those who think and learn differently. Drawing on her background in instructional design, she brought together a team of educators, district leaders, and curriculum experts. She also partnered with a consultant specializing in neurodivergent education to ensure the program would be inclusive, accessible, and grounded in best practices.

The result was the AllBoss Club: a dynamic, project-based learning program built around real-world entrepreneurial experiences. At its core is the belief that every student deserves the chance to feel seen, capable, and inspired. Just like Tate, every “Boss” in the program gets to run their own business centered on their unique interests—creating learning that feels personal, meaningful, and fun.
After two years of research, development, piloting, and refinement, the AllBoss Club curriculum launched nationwide.
Today, the AllBoss team is committed to helping educators, program leaders, and parents create learning environments that empower all learners—especially those who are too often left out of traditional models. Because when kids are given the tools to lead with their strengths, amazing things happen.
