How it Works
Phase 1 – Learning: The first phase of each module focuses on core entrepreneurship topics such as branding, business plans, profit margins, and customer experience.
Phase 2- Creating: Next, students turn ideas into action as they design, craft, and create products to sell at their business stand. Watch as students connect school resources to real-world purpose, developing valuable vocational and problem-solving skills along the way. The AllBoss Program transforms creativity into confidence and ideas into income.
Phase 3 – Doing: The final phase in each module is fully hands-on, with Bosses applying what they’ve learned and testing out their products and strategy in the Marketplace Simulation.
Continuous Growth: Each session builds on the last as Bosses refine their logos, booth setups, pricing strategies, and sales skills.
Grand Finale: By the end, every Boss has launched and tested a business idea—ready to pitch, adapt, and grow it even further.

BossBucks
Practice is at the core of learning. Each week, Bosses run marketplace simulations, setting up stands and selling to one another using BossBucks—our internal currency.
Every Boss begins with $25 BossBucks for the entire program, encouraging strategic thinking and resourcefulness.
Teachers may take some of the BossBucks as “seed money,” letting students invest in school supplies, track costs, and measure their profits—just like real entrepreneurs
Parents are invited to join marketplaces and purchase with real money, giving kids real customer experience.
To ensure fairness, real money earned can’t be used to buy from other Bosses—mirroring real-world challenges and encouraging adaptability. -
Every Age of Learner
AllBoss Club is designed to grow with students. The program is especially impactful in elementary and middle school, where it introduces core entrepreneurial mindsets and hands-on business experiences. For high schoolers, AllBoss provides advanced adaptations that deepen business concepts, leadership opportunities, and real-world applications. At every level, Bosses develop resilience, creativity, and the confidence to see themselves as capable leaders.
-
"All" Bosses
The AllBoss curriculum centers on the belief that differences drive innovation. Using strengths and personality assessments, Bosses identify what makes them unique and how those differences strengthen the group. This program will help students think creatively and critically, challenge assumptions, pursue continuous improvement, and keep asking questions.
