    Phase 1 – Learning: The first half of each class focuses on core entrepreneurship topics such as branding, business plans, profit margins, and customer experience.


    Phase 2 – Doing: The second half is fully hands-on, with Bosses applying what they’ve learned in the Marketplace Simulation.


    Continuous Growth: Each session builds on the last as Bosses refine their logos, booth setups, pricing strategies, and sales skills.


    Grand Finale: By the end, every Boss has launched and tested a business idea—ready to pitch, adapt, and grow it even further.
