BossLaunch
the allboss program offered for a limited time in your city
BossLaunch
BossLaunch gives your child the opportunity to experience AllBoss’s hands-on entrepreneurship program right in your area. These events are offered for a limited time, so don’t delay in securing a spot for your child. Through BossLaunch, they’ll create and run their own businesses while developing essential human skills—like creativity, financial literacy, and critical thinking—the skills AI can’t replace.
Each Boss builds a brand, sells products in our weekly marketplace, and learns real-world money skills using our club currency, BossBucks.
With guided coaching, creative freedom, and small club sizes, students gain confidence, leadership skills, and the courage to turn ideas into action.

How AllBoss BossLaunch Works
-
Build a Business
As part of the course each student creates:
1. A business name
2. A brand
3. A personalized business stand
4. A plan for what they want to sell each week
They’ll take ownership of their idea and grow it throughout the program. -
Bring Things to Sell
Each week, Bosses bring low-cost items to sell to one another in our marketplace.
Popular items include:- Friendship bracelets, perler beads, etc.
- Baked goods
- Stickers & crafts
- Candy
- Pokémon cards
- Small toys
- Be as creative as possible here!
Students are encouraged to start small, learn what sells, and evolve their products as they gain experience.
Bosses do not bring products to their first club meeting. That time is spent on learning about the program and crafting.
-
BossBucks
At the start of the program, each student receives 20 BossBucks, our club currency designed to last through eight marketplace sessions.
Bosses use BossBucks to:- Buy from one another
- Test ideas
- Learn pricing and budgeting
- Adjust products based on demand
It’s real-world learning—made kid-friendly.
-
Learning by Doing
Each of the eight, 1-hour, AllBoss sessions includes:
Learn: focused business lessons as they relate to each Boss and their business
Create: hands-on projects
Practice: live marketplace simulations -
For Parents
Parents are welcome to attend AllBoss meetings and marketplace sessions.
- Students use BossBucks to buy and sell with peers
- Parents may shop with real dollars
- Any real money earned goes directly to the student Bosses
Let Them Lead
We ask parents to step back and allow students to make their own business decisions—even when ideas don’t work out. Learning to experiment, problem-solve, and build confidence is a key part of the experience.
Seed Money Awareness
Some families choose to exchange a portion of BossBucks as seed money to deepen a student’s understanding of real business finances. This is optional but encouraged, depending on the boss's age and ability to understand these concepts. - Students use BossBucks to buy and sell with peers
