Refund Policy

We want families to feel confident choosing AllBoss Mapmaker. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment, provided the program has not been substantially completed.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@allboss.com with the name and email address associated with your order.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

AllBoss reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of misuse, substantial program completion, or repeated refund requests.
