Here, Kids Don’t Just Dream of the Future—They Build It.

Here’s how it works:

  • Each student will create a business of their own with a name, brand, and personalized stand.

  • Each week, students will bring in low-cost items to sell to one another in our student marketplace. Examples include friendship bracelets, baked goods, stickers, crafts, candy, Pokémon cards, or small toys.

    • Bosses also have access to craft supplies at AllBoss, allowing them to stay later or arrive earlier to create items for their shop.

  • Feel free to help your child figure out what to sell. They could sell one thing or many things. Additionally, we encourage growth throughout the program, allowing participants to adjust their product offerings as they learn.

  • Students will also receive 25 BossBucks at the beginning of the program. These are our club currency, designed to last for the eight marketplace sessions. Students use BossBucks to buy from each other’s businesses, which gives them the chance to test their ideas, learn what sells, and adjust their products for future weeks.

Parents are warmly encouraged to attend marketplace sessions! While students use BossBucks for their peer-to-peer transactions, parents may use real dollars to shop. Any real money earned goes directly to the student “bosses” and is not part of the BossBucks simulation.

The AllBoss Club helps students learn to:
✨ Think creatively and design their own brand
✨ Manage money and practice financial literacy
✨ Adapt and problem-solve as business owners
✨ Build confidence and leadership skills

We can’t wait to see the amazing businesses your child will bring to life!

  • Experiential Learning

The AllBoss Curriculum is more than a youth business course—it’s a movement. Designed for entrepreneurs aged 7 and up, our program reimagines education by celebrating strengths, creativity, and resilience. Rooted in real-world experience and project-based learning, AllBoss transforms traditional extracurriculars into something bigger: a hands-on, confidence-building journey where every child can discover the Boss within.

  • How it Works

    1. Weekly Sessions (1 hour each): Bosses meet once a week for 8 weeks.
    2. Phase 1 – Learning: The first half of each class covers a core entrepreneurship topic (branding, business plans, profit margins, customer experience).
    3. Phase 2 – Doing: The second half is fully hands-on: Bosses practice what they’ve learned in the Marketplace Simulation.
    4. Continuous Growth: Each week builds on the last, with Bosses refining their logos, booth setups, pricing strategies, and sales skills.
    5. Grand Finale: By the end, every Boss has launched and tested their own business idea—ready to pitch, adapt, and grow it further
  • Overview

At the heart of AllBoss is the belief that every child can be a Boss. Whether they arrive with a business idea already in mind or no idea at all, AllBoss meets them where they are. Through project-based learning, participants gain the confidence to dream big, explore their passions, and practice real-world business skills—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

  • Structure

The AllBoss Curriculum is delivered through eight dynamic clubs, each designed to make business concepts come alive. Every session includes:

    • Focused Lessons introducing key entrepreneurial topics
    • Hands-on Projects that put learning into action
    • Marketplace Simulations where Bosses practice buying, selling, and trading

  • BossBucks

Practice is at the core of learning. Each week, Bosses run marketplace simulations, setting up stands and selling to one another using BossBucks—our internal currency.

    • Every Boss begins with $25 BossBucks for the entire program, encouraging strategic thinking and resourcefulness.
    • Parents are invited to join marketplaces and purchase with real money, giving kids real customer experience.
    • To ensure fairness, real money earned can’t be used to buy from other Bosses—mirroring real-world challenges and encouraging adaptability.
  • "All" Bosses

The AllBoss Curriculum isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about building belief. Every Boss’s journey is unique, and our inclusive program supports all backgrounds, learning styles, and confidence levels. By combining creativity, entrepreneurship, and real-world practice, AllBoss equips young people to lead with vision, adaptability, and purpose—skills they’ll carry far beyond the classroom.

The AllBoss Method

  • Learn by Doing

Our hands-on, project-based curriculum teaches students (ages 7+) real-world skills—creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and financial literacy—by letting them run their own businesses.

  • Make It Real

From designing logos to selling products at our signature Marketplace, every Boss gets to create, test, and grow their own ideas in an authentic and exciting way.

  • Build Confidence & Resilience

Bosses learn that challenges are part of the journey. They practice adapting, asking questions, and turning mistakes into opportunities—all while building confidence that lasts for life.
